    10. No Guarantee and Limitation of Liability

    PiTech does not guarantee: • complete accuracy of tracking data • uninterrupted operation of tracking technologies • compatibility with all devices or browsers

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, PiTech shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of cookies, tracking technologies, or third-party services.
